Symbols to Copy and Paste

Tap a symbol and it is copied. Arrows, stars, hearts, currency, math signs, Greek letters, fractions and box lines, ready to paste into Word, Excel or your socials.

⚡

Recommended next step in this suite:

You are typing a price in euros, a footnote with § or an arrow in an email, and your keyboard has no key for it. Searching for "arrow symbol", opening the Windows character map and remembering an ALT code takes longer than the task you were doing.

DataKorex Radical Transparency: At DataKorex every utility runs in your browser. Copying a symbol uses your device clipboard; we do not record which symbols you pick or the text you build in the box.

How to use Special Symbols step by step

1

1. Pick a group

Browse typography, arrows, math, currency, stars, check marks, hearts, Greek, fractions, music or box lines.

2

2. Tap the symbol

Each tap copies it to the clipboard and adds it to the message box, so you can build several in a row.

3

3. Paste where you need it

Use Ctrl+V in Word, Excel, WhatsApp, your bio or a form field. The bin icon clears the box.

The Step Count: Traditional Friction vs. KorexTools

Getting a symbol without this tool

  1. Search for the symbol name in a search engine.
  2. Open a site with long lists full of ads.
  3. Copy the character, sometimes checking it is not an image.
  4. Repeat every time you need another one.

With KorexTools Symbols to Copy and Paste

  1. Pick the group.
  2. Tap the symbol: it is already copied.
  3. Paste it where you need it.

Why copying a symbol beats hunting for its ALT code

ALT codes only work with a numeric keypad, on Windows, with the exact key combination. On a laptop without a numpad or on a phone, copy and paste is the shortest way to type ©, →, ≠, € or ½.

Every symbol on this page is a Unicode text character, not an image, so it keeps the size and colour of the text where you paste it. Below each one you can see its code point (for example U+00A9 for ©), useful if you need it in HTML or code.

What you will find in each group

  • •Typography: ©, ®, ™, §, ¶, °, angle quotes and long dashes.
  • •Arrows and math: ← → ↔ ⇒, ±, ≠, ≤, ≥, ∞, √ and π.
  • •Currency: $, €, £, ¥, ₡, ₱, ₹, ₿ and over fifteen more.
  • •Stars, check marks, hearts, fractions and Greek letters for lists, ratings and formulas.

Common Mistakes and How to Avoid Them

  • ⚠️Using ° (degree) instead of º (masculine ordinal) in dates and numbering.
  • ⚠️Using a hyphen (-) where an em dash (—) or a minus sign (−) belongs in formulas.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I type the copyright symbol without a numeric keypad?

Tap © in the Typography group and paste it. On Windows with a numpad, Alt+0169 also works.

Do the symbols look the same on every device?

Almost always. They are standard Unicode characters, but if a font lacks one the system falls back to another and the shape may differ slightly.

Are there colour emojis here?

No. This page collects monochrome text symbols; for colour emojis use the copy-and-paste emoji tool.

Can I use them in Excel or an Instagram bio?

Yes, they paste as normal text. Some platforms filter odd characters in usernames, but accept most in bios and messages.

What I would do if I were in your shoes

«For formal documents we use text symbols instead of emojis: they print in black and white, look the same on phone and PC and do not depend on the system version.» — DataKorex Engineering Team
